Giving to church is part of the Christian life and loving God. Spending time praying for the Church and contributing to Church life helps us grow as Christians. Churches in the UK don't receive government funding so we are dependent on voluntary donations If you’d like to give financially, then there is support below.

  • The Gift Aid scheme allows the church to claim back the tax that you pay, as a donor, when you earn the money from which you make the donation. Eligible donations from UK taxpayers attract Gift Aid at a rate calculated in accordance with the basic rate of income tax. So with basic rate income tax at 20%, an eligible £10.00 gift from a UK taxpaying donor is worth £12.50 after Gift Aid is reclaimed.
