STUDENTS & YOUNG ADULTS

Our church meets right in the middle of the Uplands, Swansea's student heartland. There are lots of things going on each week, and many students and young adults choose to make us their home.

Sundays

Our main Sunday service is 11am and every week after the service students and young adults get together to hang out, chat about the week, eat together and find an adventure to take up the rest of the afternoon!

House Groups

There are a number of house groups that meet throughout the week for prayer, encouragement and Bible study.  Students/young adults are encouraged to join one of these groups.  This is a chance to get out of the 'student world' for a night and journey with other members of the church from all sorts of backgrounds and walks of life.  There may be a free meal in it too!

Serving

There are plenty of ways to get involved in church life during your time at university. Currently we have students serving in our youth and children's work, in the music ministry and in our work with the homeless, among other things.

A wise man once told me 'in order to grow we need to be planted', it is our hope that you are able to be planted with us and that we'll all grow more like Jesus as a result.

Chaplaincy & Mission

Our Pastors are both Chaplains at Swansea University.  We are developing the work at the chaplaincy this year and thinking about how we can better serve the campus on our doorstep with the Good News of Jesus.  Maybe you could help shape this vision and be part of that work?

Swansea University Christian Union (and UWTSD CU)

We are committed to supporting students on campus (at both universities) and enabling them to be Christ's Ambassadors where they study and to their neighbours.

The CU at Singleton meets on Monday nights 7pm in Fulton House, and the CU at Trinity meets on Tuesdays 5.30pm at the Townhill campus.  Check out their FB pages and meet some of the members at church.
