New to Pantygwydr? Welcome!

We are an open and friendly mixture of all ages and backgrounds. We have solid biblical teaching and love worshipping God together. A family of people with a particular heart for the Uplands and Brynmill community, whether you have lived in the area for a long time or have only just arrived, you will be very welcome.

Our Vision Statement is:

"Jesus in the church, Jesus for the community"

You will find us on the corner of Ernald Place and Gwydr Crescent, 2 minutes walk from Uplands centre.

For your Sat Nav, the postcode is: SA2 OHN

The church building has wheelchair access via the ramp into the church centre at the side. The sanctuary has moveable seating, so wheelchairs can be accommodated in the service. There is also a hearing loop in the Sanctuary for our Sunday Services.

In the church centre there is also a disabled toilet, with baby changing facilities.

Have questions about the Christian faith?

A photo of Bear Grylls, with the headline 'My Greatest Adventure' inviting everyone to explore the Christian faith via the Alpha Course.

The Alpha Course is a welcoming space to explore faith and life’s big questions in a relaxed, supportive environment. Each session offers an opportunity to connect over a shared meal, followed by an engaging talk and open discussions where you can explore topics like:

  • Who is Jesus, and why is He significant?

  • What does Jesus’ death mean for us?

  • How and why should I pray?

  • How does God guide us?

Alpha is open to everyone, whether you’re new to faith, curious, or looking to go deeper. Join us at Alpha to ask questions, connect with others, and embark on a journey of discovery in a community that values openness and belonging.
