What We Offer
Pantygwydr church is right in the middle of the Uplands, Swansea's student heartland. There are lots of things going on each week, and many students choose to make us their church home while studying here.
Missing home cooking? Why not join a church family for lunch following the 10.30am service? This is a great way to get to know people outside of university and build relationships within the church. Lunches are arranged most Sundays during term time.
Our associate pastor, John Rogers, is part of Swansea University's Chaplaincy team. Come and meet him at the Welcome Fairs in the Fulton House marquee on Friday 18th and Saturday 19th September, and regularly at the Chaplaincy on Wednesday afternoons.
The Twerties are a group of students and those in their 20s and 30s who meet up at least once a month for social events and Bible studies. We have a varied calendar: have a look at the Twerties' page to find out more about what we do.
Christianity Explored and Discipleship Explored
We offer courses for all those who are interested in Christianity, in addition to those who have been Christians for a while. Courses start at Pantygwydr this autumn. Take a look at what Christianity Explored and Discipleship Explored might offer you.
And lots more!
There are loads of other ways to get involved in church life too. Why not browse this website to see what else we do? If you have a particular gifting or calling, speak to John Rogers or one of the leadership and we’ll link you up with the right groups.
